My name is Dean Mousad, the founder and CEO of Invictus Solutions. I am also the leader of our mentoring team.

I actively run and am involved with a number of well-known and successful not-for-profit organisations including charities and youth groups. I specialise in mentoring young men, especially those going through challenging times in their lives.

Having turned my own life around many years ago, I am well aware of the potentially harmful issues that can arise in the lives of young men - and how best to remedy or even avoid these problems through early intervention.

I am constantly driven to inspire change in those around me in the hope that they will one day be able to do the same. My team shares the same vision, passion and ideals that I do.
