It’s been said that education is the cornerstone of progress and certainly the roles of well-adjusted, well-educated young men and women in society has never been more critical than it is today.
With this in mind, educational workshops continue to take on a more important role at our rapidly growing company for good, Invictus Solutions.
From humble beginnings four years ago, Invictus Solutions has emerged as a leading force in delivering impactful, educational workshops across Australia.
And our reputation continues to grow, not such in the classroom but within the corporate sector also.
We were honoured to be a platinum partner of the prestigious 2023 Annual Australian Islamic Schooling Conference in Melbourne.
With a dedicated team of Muslim educators, mentors, and counsellors, our workshops address real-life issues faced by young people, with compassion and expertise.
As Invictus Solutions continues to expand its footprint, founder, CEO and much admired community figure Dean Mousad has his sights on new horizons, particularly in the GCC (Gulf Co-operation Council) area.
Recognising the immense potential for growth and collaboration in this part of the world, Invictus Solutions recently became a corporate member of the Australian Arab Chamber of Commerce and Industry (AACCI), marking a significant milestone in this organisation’s journey towards global engagement.
At a special gathering at its Sydney headquarters on February 11, Invictus Solutions played host to the AACCI’s Mohamed Hage OAM (President and National Chairman) and Deputy Chairman Fawaz Sankari, with the two keynote speakers full of praise and enthusiasm concerning the potential of young people, both in Australia and across the GGC.
“The Arab League states is one of the fastest growing areas in the world and a region where 65-70 percent of the population is under the age of 35,” Mohamed Hage said.
“The region has some exceptional minds – exceptional people with exceptional performances; they work hard but deserve more opportunities.”
Commenting on plans to expand its reach to the GCC area, Dean Mousad said: “Invictus Solutions has been in operation since 2020, growing at a rapid rate, particularly in the past 12 months where our educational workshops have been our major focus.”
“Given our growth, it is only natural that we are now exploring global options, especially in the field of education.”
“Education is of such vital importance to young people and expanding into the GCC will give us the opportunity to take Invictus Solutions to the next level.”
“Invictus Solutions has a team of more than 20 Muslim educators and mentors from all walks of life and those numbers continue to grow.”
“We want to spread the knowledge and experience of our people into the global market and the GCC is an obvious target area for us.”
“Invictus Solutions is absolutely committed to expanding educational outreach beyond borders.”
Speaking on Invictus Solutions’ evolving relationship with the AACCI, Dean added, “I only met Mohamed Hage three months ago but I know that the Chamber has been functioning for close to 50 years, doing great work between Australia and the Arab League… it has an awesome reach.”
“I’d like to take this opportunity to acknowledge Mohamed Hage for generously upgrading Invictus Solutions’ AACCI membership to corporate recently and I also want to thank both Mr Hage and Mr Fawaz Sankari for not only attending and supporting our recent gathering but also sharing many valuable insights.”
“Australian companies are looking at work in global markets and as I’ve already indicated, we are no different – so it was great for our team to have the opportunity to hear from the experts, first hand.”
Mohamed Hage commended the work of Invictus Solutions, acknowledging its vital role in addressing pressing issues within the community, while Fawaz Sankari lauded Dean Mousad and Invictus Solutions for their dedication and contribution to societal well-being.
With the Middle East emerging as a focal point for expansion, Invictus Solutions is poised to make a meaningful difference in the lives of youth across borders.
In the words of Dean Mousad, “Education knows no bounds; it is the key to unlocking a brighter future for everyone.”
“We are determined to bridge divides and pave the way for a more inclusive and prosperous world.”
